The K2 Basecamp and Gondogoro La trek is an exciting journey in the Karakoram Range of Pakistan. It takes you to the base of K2, the second-highest mountain globally, and through the Gondogoro La Pass. The trek offers stunning views of high peaks and is known for its challenging terrain. Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Upon your arrival at the Islamabad International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Take the remainder of the day to rest and acclimatize to the local time.

Day 2: Islamabad to Skardu

After an early breakfast, catch a domestic flight to Skardu, the gateway to the mighty Karakoram Range. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local markets and preparing for the upcoming trek.

Day 3: Skardu – Askole

Today, we embark on a picturesque jeep ride along the treacherous Indus River. The journey covers 6-7 hours and takes us to Askole, the last village before entering the wilderness of the Karakoram Range. Overnight stay will be in a camp.

Day 4: Askole – Jhula

Begin your trek towards the famous Baltoro Glacier. After crossing the snaking Braldu River on a cable bridge, we trek for approximately 7 hours to reach Jhula. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding peaks and set up camp for the night.

Day 5: Jhula – Paiju

Today’s trek takes us through the breathtaking landscapes of the Baltoro Glacier. Walk alongside gushing streams and towering granite cliffs. After a challenging 6-7 hours, we reach Paiju, where we set up camp for the night.

Day 6: Rest and Acclimatization at Paiju

Take a day to rest and acclimatize to the altitude at Paiju. Enjoy the serene surroundings and prepare for the upcoming days of the trek. Explore the area and get mesmerized by the stunning views of the nearby peaks.

Day 7: Paiju to khuburse:

Entering the Baltro Glacier start within an hour when we trek from Paiju towards khuburse. Experience walk over the glacier and night will be in front of stunning glacier and the beautiful Paiju peak.

Day 8: khuburse to Urdukas

Resume the trek and continue your ascent along the Baltoro Glacier. Marvel at the majestic views of Paiju Peak and the Trango Towers. After approximately 6-7 hours, we reach Urdukas, where we set up camp for the night.

Day 9: Urdukas – Goro II

Today’s trail offers stunning views of the Great Trango Towers and Uli Biaho Towers, Mustaqu tower,MASHABRUM peak and so many others ,Trek for around 6-7 hours to reach Goro II, located at the foot of the massive Concordia. Set up camp and enjoy a well-deserved rest.

Day 10: Goro II – Concordia

Trek through the vast and surreal landscape of the Baltoro Glacier towards Concordia, the “Throne Room of the Mountain Gods.” Marvel at the panoramic views of K2, Broad Peak and many other peaks. Overnight stay at Concordia camp.

Day 11: Concordia – K2 Base Camp

A thrilling day awaits as we trek towards the iconic K2 Base Camp. Walk alongside the Godwin Austen Glacier, passing Snow Dome and Broad Peak. After approximately 4-5 hours, we reach the base camp of the world’s second-highest peak. Spend some time exploring the area and capturing the awe-inspiring views of K2 before returning to Concordia for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Concordia – Ali Camp

Leaving Concordia with unforgettable memories towards ali camp to crossed the Gondogoro pass. Approximately 5 to 6 hours reach Ali camp . Where we have some hour to rest .

Day 13: Ali Camp – Hispung via Gondogoro La (5,588 meters)

Today marks the pinnacle of our adventure as we cross the challenging Gondogoro La Pass. Start early in the morning and ascend towards the pass, from where you can witness breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks including 8ks and many others ,Descend carefully to Kheospang Camp and set up camp for the night infront of the most beautiful Laila peak 6096 meters.

Day 14: Hispung – Saicho

Resume our descent through the beautiful Gondogoro Glacier . Pass through the green meadows, crossing streams and see Spectacular Dalsangpa Lake. approximately 6-7 hours of trekking, we reach Saicho, where we set up the last camp for the night.

Day 15: Saicho- Hushe

Complete the final stretch of our trek and descend to Hushe the last village of our adventure. Celebrate the successful completion of this amazing journey with the locals and enjoy their hospitality. Overnight stay will be in a Mountain Guest House

Day 16: Hushe- Skardu

After breakfast, bid farewell to the stunning Karakoram Range and drive back to Skardu. Check into your hotel and take the rest of the day to relax and recover from the challenging trek.

Day 17: Skardu to Islamabad

Catch domestic flight from Skardu to Islamabad. Upon arrival in Islamabad, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest./ flight cancellation lead to travel by road

Day 18:Departure from Islamabad

After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the Islamabad International Airport for your onward journey. With stunning memories and a sense of accomplishment, bid farewell to Pakistan, knowing that you have experienced the incredible beauty of the Karakoram Range
